Laut eines Berichts des Dallas Business Journal will 3DRealms das wohl bisher am längsten verschobene Spiel, "Duke Nukem Forever" (DNF), Ende 2008 für den PC herausbringen - und auch für die Xbox 360 und die PlayStation 3 soll der Shooter erscheinen. Nachdem sich 3DRealms in einer öffentlichen Stellungnahme enttäuscht über den Zeitungsbericht äußerte, hat diese ihren auf vertraulichen Angaben basierenden Bericht etwas abgeschwächt.
